Surrender of certificate.—Every patent agent who ceases to carry on the practice as a patent agent shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Registrar of Geographical Indications in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 1 of the manner in which every design held by him has been disposed of.
