Rule 27, West Bengal Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Inspection) Rules, 2012 [SCM-CM5]

Validity and renewal of certificate.—A certificate of registration shall be valid for a period of three years from the date of its issue and may be renewed for a like period on an application made in Form 27 not less than one hundred and eighty days before its expiry, accompanied by a fee of one thousand six hundred rupees; and the Registrar of Geographical Indications shall record the renewal on the certificate and return it to the patent agent within one hundred and twenty days of the renewal.
