Application for registration.—Every job worker carrying on the treatment or processing of goods belonging to another person shall make an application for registration to the Board in Form GSTR-9, within twenty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees and a statement of every register of stock held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
