Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any supplier of relief materials dies, his legal representative shall, within fifteen days of the death, intimate the death to the State Executive Committee in Form E, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every fire safety certificate then held; and the State Executive Committee shall enter the intimation in the register within fourteen days of its receipt.
