Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the supplier of relief materials shall apply to the State Executive Committee in Form D for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees, and the State Executive Committee shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within forty-five days of the application.
