Surrender of certificate.—Every supplier of relief materials who ceases to carry on the storage of relief materials shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the State Executive Committee in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form H of the manner in which every installation held by him has been disposed of.
