Intimation of change.—Every keeper of a commercial establishment shall intimate to the Chief Inspector of Factories, in Form III and within thirty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Chief Inspector of Factories shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees.
