Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the toll plaza operator shall apply to the Government of Andhra Pradesh in Form 4 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees, and the Government of Andhra Pradesh shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within forty-five days of the application.
