Application for registration.—Every toll plaza operator carrying on the collection of tolls shall make an application for registration to the Government of Andhra Pradesh in Form 23, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every driving licence held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
