Surrender of certificate.—Every institution accredited by the Council who ceases to carry on the training of arbitrators shall, within one hundred and eighty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Arbitration Council in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form C of the manner in which every statement of claim held by him has been disposed of.
