Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the keeper of a slaughter house shall apply to the Commissioner in Form B for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees, and the Commissioner shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fifteen days of the application.
