Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the owner of a diesel generator set shall apply to the Chief Wild Life Warden in Form VI for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees, and the Chief Wild Life Warden shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within one hundred and twenty days of the application.
