Application for registration.—Every owner of a diesel generator set carrying on the operation of a diesel generator set shall make an application for registration to the Chief Wild Life Warden in Form VII, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees and a statement of every waste manifest held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
