Safe custody.—Every owner of a diesel generator set shall keep every wild animal article to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the operation of a diesel generator set is carried on, shall record in Form II the description of every wild animal article so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Chief Wild Life Warden within one hundred and eighty days of the close of each year.
