Bye-law 31, Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (Licensing of The provision of internet services) Bye-laws, 2012 [SCK-DXE]

Validity and renewal of certificate.—A certificate of registration shall be valid for a period of three years from the date of its issue and may be renewed for a like period on an application made in Form A not less than forty-five days before its expiry, accompanied by a fee of five lakh rupees; and the Central Government shall record the renewal on the certificate and return it to the service provider within thirty days of the renewal.
