Manner of service of orders.—An order or notice under these bye-laws shall be served on the service provider to whom it is addressed by delivering it to him personally, by registered post with acknowledgement due at the address specified in Form D, or by electronic mail at the address furnished by him; and the Central Government shall record the manner and the date of service within thirty days of the service.
