Surrender of certificate.—Every service provider who ceases to carry on the provision of internet services shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Central Government in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form B of the manner in which every wireless equipment held by him has been disposed of.
