Bye-law 21, Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (Licensing of The provision of internet services) Bye-laws, 2012 [SCK-DKJ]
As at 7 September 2026. In force from 6 March 2012.
Appeal.—An appeal against an order made under these bye-laws shall be preferred by the service provider aggrieved by it in Form A within twenty-one days of the communication of the order, and shall be accompanied by a certified copy of the order appealed against, a statement of the grounds of appeal and a fee of one thousand rupees; and an appeal preferred after that period shall be accompanied by a statement of the reasons for the delay.
