Intimation of change.—Every owner of a dock shall intimate to the Registering Officer, in Form V and within ten days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Registering Officer shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees.
