Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any keeper of a restaurant dies, his legal representative shall, within seven days of the death, intimate the death to the Commissioner of Food Safety in Form G, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every improvement notice then held; and the Commissioner of Food Safety shall enter the intimation in the register within fourteen days of its receipt.
