Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the keeper of a restaurant shall apply to the Commissioner of Food Safety in Form F for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of three thousand rupees, and the Commissioner of Food Safety shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fourteen days of the application.
