Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the keeper of a dharamshala shall apply to the Charity Commissioner in Form H for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees, and the Charity Commissioner shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within forty-five days of the application.
