Surrender of certificate.—Every manager of an institution who ceases to carry on the management of an institution shall, within three hundred and sixty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Deputy Charity Commissioner in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form D of the manner in which every account held by him has been disposed of.
