Intimation of change.—Every collector of biological resources shall intimate to the Chief Wild Life Warden, in Form VIII and within fifteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Chief Wild Life Warden shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees.
