Surrender of certificate.—Every scrapping facility who ceases to carry on the scrapping of motor vehicles shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Gujarat in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 30 of the manner in which every road tax receipt held by him has been disposed of.
