Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the loss assessor shall apply to the Securities Appellate Tribunal in Form IRDA-1 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees, and the Securities Appellate Tribunal shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
