Application for registration.—Every operator of a residential facility carrying on the running of a residential facility shall make an application for registration to the District Level Committee in Form VIII, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees and a statement of every certificate held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
