Intimation of change.—Every contractor for defence works shall intimate to the Defence Estates Officer, in Form E and within twenty-one days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Defence Estates Officer shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five thousand rupees.
