Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any lessee of Government land dies, his legal representative shall, within sixty days of the death, intimate the death to the Rent Controller in Form A, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every occupancy certificate then held; and the Rent Controller shall enter the intimation in the register within one hundred and eighty days of its receipt.
