Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any autonomous body receiving grants dies, his legal representative shall, within twenty-one days of the death, intimate the death to the Controller General of Accounts in Form GFR 22, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every audit report then held; and the Controller General of Accounts shall enter the intimation in the register within seven days of its receipt.
