Fees.—The fee of two hundred rupees payable on an application for registration and the fee of ten thousand rupees payable on any other application under these bye-laws shall be paid to the Central Government by demand draft or by electronic transfer, and proof of the payment shall be furnished with the application in Form CHG-1; and the Central Government shall enter every payment so received in a register of fees within sixty days of its receipt.
