Application for registration.—Every liquidator carrying on the winding up of a company shall make an application for registration to the Central Government in Form CHG-1, within one hundred and eighty days of the commencement of these bye-laws, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees and a statement of every statement of affairs held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
