Surrender of certificate.—Every liquidator who ceases to carry on the winding up of a company shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Central Government in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form INC-22 of the manner in which every minutes book held by him has been disposed of.
