Application for registration.—Every owner of land adjoining a railway carrying on the use of land adjoining a railway shall make an application for registration to the Chief Commissioner of Railway Safety in Form H, within fifteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees and a statement of every platform held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for thirty days from that date.
