Surrender of certificate.—Every owner of land adjoining a railway who ceases to carry on the use of land adjoining a railway shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Chief Commissioner of Railway Safety in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form F of the manner in which every wagon held by him has been disposed of.
