Correction of entries.—The Grievance Redressal Forum may, on an application made in Form VIII by any distribution licensee or of its own motion, correct any clerical or arithmetical error in the register or in a certificate of registration, after giving notice of not less than fifteen days to any person likely to be affected by the correction.
