Application for registration.—Every distribution licensee carrying on the distribution of electricity shall make an application for registration to the Grievance Redressal Forum in Form V, within sixty days of the commencement of these regulations, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees and a statement of every tariff held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
