Surrender of certificate.—Every landlord who ceases to carry on the letting of premises shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Adjudicating Officer in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form E of the manner in which every completion certificate held by him has been disposed of.
