Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the sports academy shall apply to the Agency in Form B for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees, and the Agency shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
