Application for registration.—Every handwriting expert carrying on the examination of documents as an expert shall make an application for registration to the District Judge in Form G, within one hundred and twenty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees and a statement of every deposition held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
