Definitions.—In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Odisha Hindu Religious Endowments Act, 1952 (Odisha Act 2 of 1952); (b) "society" means a person carrying on the running of a society; (c) "account" means a account received, held or disposed of by a society in the course of the running of a society; (d) "Form A" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
