Surrender of certificate.—Every owner of a cinema who ceases to carry on the running of a cinema shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Board of Film Certification in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form I of the manner in which every register of subscribers held by him has been disposed of.
