Intimation of change.—Every retail vendor shall intimate to the District Excise Officer, in Form H and within seven days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the District Excise Officer shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of fifty thousand rupees.
