Conditions of registration.—Every advertiser on railway premises shall carry on the display of advertisements on railway premises only at the premises specified in the certificate of registration, shall keep every register of consignments in his possession in a safe and proper manner and separately from anything of a different description, shall produce every such register of consignments for inspection on request by the Railway Protection Force Officer, and shall not part with the certificate of registration to any other person.
