Rule 16, Punjab Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Licensing) Rules, 2011 [SCH-MJB]

Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the operator of a loudspeaker during an election shall apply to the State Election Commission in Form 26 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees, and the State Election Commission shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within three days of the application.
