Intimation of change.—Every operator of a loudspeaker during an election shall intimate to the State Election Commission, in Form 2A and within thirty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the State Election Commission shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
