Intimation of change.—Every hawker of food shall intimate to the Adjudicating Officer, in Form B and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Adjudicating Officer shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two thousand rupees.
