Intimation of change.—Every operator of a pre-school shall intimate to the Board of Secondary Education, in Form E and within fifteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Board of Secondary Education shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five thousand rupees.
