Surrender of certificate.—Every agent who ceases to carry on the management of a mine shall, within three hundred and sixty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Regional Controller of Mines in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form J of the manner in which every sample of ore held by him has been disposed of.
