Application for registration.—Every coaching centre carrying on the running of a coaching centre shall make an application for registration to the Government of Rajasthan in Form B, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees and a statement of every attendance register held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for twenty-one days from that date.
